No time to make breakfast in the morning? Here's the solution... Overnight oats are literally that! Oats that are soaked overnight in milk, with lots of goodies. By morning they are soft, plump and delicious. You can eat them cold straight out of the jar, or decant into a bowl and heat them up. They are perfect as food on the go too. You can include whatever takes your fancy and all you need to do is layer up your chosen ingredients and then fill to the top with your milk of choice. Screw the lid on and pop into the fridge. Here's an idea to get you started. This one is oat milk, oats, sultanas, blueberries, raspberries, flaked almonds, toasted coconut, a spoonful of coconut yoghurt, a sprinkle of raw sugar and a dash of cinnamon.
